At The Asheville Public, we believe in supporting our community by sourcing as many ingredients as possible from local farmers and producers.  The benefits of sourcing locally are apparent not only in the economy, but also in the taste!

We are proud to source our meats from Beulah Farms in Leicester. NC.  Beulah Farm takes ethical and humane farming to a higher level with its ecologically sustainable operation. The Bennetts raise hormone and antibiotic free grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, organic berries, fresh flowers, and plant and shrub starts.  For more information on Beulah Farms, click here.

Our produce is supplied by JMJ Tomato, which provides the highest quality local fruits and vegetable- right from the WNC Farmer’s Market!

We bake all of our breads, from our burger buns to our bread baskets, in house each day, using the highest quality flour and locally crafted beer.
